A2 Gir Cow Ghee
Introduction to our A2 GHEE
Our product stands out due to our focus on Gir local cows, using Gir's own soil-water, feed, and climate.
Ghee is traditionally produced from the milk of Gir local cows.
Our primary objective is clean, quality, and sustainable production, with the product business being secondary.
All our products are based on Gir local cows, blending tradition with scientific methods.
We prioritize top-quality cows, the best feed, handmade nutritional supplements, and traditional hand-milking methods.
Traditional methods are used to obtain curd and curd butter from milk.
Pure ghee is obtained at normal temperature over butter on a stove using cow dung and good wood fire.
We ensure zero use of plastic or aluminum throughout the ghee production process, from obtaining milk to delivery.
Process of making GHEE
The cow's udder is cleaned.
Milk is milked from the cow.
The milk is heated to normal temperature.
Curd is separated from the butter through a strainer, typically done early in the morning.
Butter is made into ghee using cow dung on a stove.
The ghee is then packed and delivered to our customers who support humanity initiatives.
